On 14 September 2023, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) and all signatories of the MoC conducted a welcome ceremony to new MoC signatory (CABEE) and also conducted a technical visit to a RCx pilot project in Macao (Macao Science Centre) to share valuable experience in RCx between different regions/areas.
